OVERVIEW:

This section showcases my project management experience using Trello. I created structured boards to efficiently manage tasks, track project progress, and collaborate with team members. The setup includes customized workflows, labels, checklists, due dates, and automations to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery of projects.

E.Com and Beyond Project Management

As part of a collaborative group project, I co-designed a structured Trello workspace consisting of three specialized boards to manage different areas of a digital agency: BI Projects, Lead Management, and Digital Marketing.

  1. Bi Projects Board: Designed to manage Business Intelligence tasks from start to finish. It includes phases like Data Collection, Modeling, Dashboard Design, Review, and Client Feedback. 

2.  Lead Management Board: Built to track incoming leads, client interactions, and conversion progress. The board features lists such as New Leads, Contacted, In Negotiation, Converted, and Follow-up. 

3.  Digital Marketing Board: Focused on campaign planning, content scheduling, and performance tracking. Key lists include Campaign Ideas, In Progress, Scheduled, Posted, and Analytics.
